CARDIO STRENGTH


HIIT Athletic: 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) conditioning workout, designed to increase your overall athletic performance. You’ll build strength, agility, speed and power while building a lean, athletic body. (I, A)

Cardio Kickboxing: Find your inner warrior as you punch and kick your way to improved cardio fitness. Inspired by boxing and mixed martial arts, this fast paced cardio workout will push your fitness to new levels and leave you feeling strong and powerful.

Short, Sweet & Strong: Get in, get strong, get going! You will get your heart rate up in this combo of cardio and strength. (B, I, A)




MIND & BODY


Pilates: This mat class is specifically designed to give you a symmetrical, full-body workout that strengthens your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.

RESET: This 30 minute active recovery class is desigened to improve mobility, reduce stress, and help your body recover faster. Using a combination of low impact cardio, focused breathing, and mobility drills, RESET is the perfect complement to our HIIT classes. Suitable as a warm up for more intense classes, or as a standalone workout.

Yoga Flow: Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between the postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.




STRENGTH CONDITIONING


HIIT Strength: 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. Using a variety of equipment, you’ll hit all your major muscle groups in this fast paced workout. (B,I,A)

Total Body: A full-body resistance training class using light weights, while performing high repetitions to develop a lean, toned body. Suitable for all fitness levels. (B, I, A)

Core: This class is a challenging 30 minute workout that will tone, build, strengthen, and blast every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit-ups and crunches in an effort to define and sculpt the abdominals, obliques, and lower back.




CYCLING


Power Cycle: start pedaling and let go in this vigorous cycle class set on statinary bikes, perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. Cycle challenges beginners and seasoned cyclers on an aerobic and anaerobic level thruogh the use of interval training. (B, I, A)

HIIT Cycle: Short and intense, this 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cycle class will help you achieve maximum results in minimal time. Featuring short bursts of intense work and periods of rest, this workout will push you to your limits.
