CARDIO STRENGTH


HIIT Zone: 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power. (I, A)

Sprint: a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. You will build lean muscle, train your body to burn fat & burn calories for hours after the workout! (I,A)

BodyCombat: an empowering cardio workout inspired by mixed martial arts……you’ll punch, strike and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness! (I, A)

Toned & Fit: This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! (B, I, A)

SH1FT / L1FT is a mix of cardio & toning with smart high intensity functional training for all fitness levels. (B, I, A)

Shadow Boxing is a class that allows you to practice rhythm, balance and technique while refining the finer points of boxing. This full body workout will build strength and cardio endurance by keeping you moving. (B, I, A)




MIND & BODY


Yoga Move!: Have you heard anyone say "Sitting is the new smoking"? This class is specifically tailored for people who are compelled to sit too much for work or life. Join us to MOVE and refresh with a special focus on unwinding tension in the most common sitting-induced problem areas: hips, back, and neck. (B, I, A)

Yogalates: Vinyasa flow yoga class with light pilates exercises to incorporate strength. Allows for positive effects on the body and mind while practicing and improving your own limits. (B, I, A)

Yoga for Regular Guys is a class that incorporates basic poses to provide you with increased flexibility, athletic ability, mental clarity and strength every man needs. (B, I, A)

Morning Stretch is a full body stretch class to improve range of motion, posture and mobility, and flexibility. This is a good balance to any workout regimen. (B, I, A)




STRENGTH CONDITIONING


BodyPump: The original barbell class…a revolutionary full-body resistance training class based on THE REP EFFECT™, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions – this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle. BODYPUMP™ is great for EVERYONE!!! (B, I, A)

Foam Rolling is a class designed to release muscle tightness and trigger points, as well as increasing blood flow and circulation, which will benefit you to train harder and reduce injury. (B, I, A)

Les Mills Core: Exercising muscles around the core, this provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. (B, I, A)

Abs & Arms: Blast your arms and chisel your abs in 1 workout! This class is all about sculpting the arms with targeted exercises for the triceps, shoulders, biceps & upper back. (B, I, A)




CYCLING


Power Cycle: start pedaling and let go in this vigorous cycle class set on statinary bikes, perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. Cycle challenges beginners and seasoned cyclers on an aerobic and anaerobic level thruogh the use of interval training. (B, I, A)




DANCE


Hip Hop is a high energy dance class using the latest music mixed with movements that are fresh and fun. Classes will provide a structured method of learning various styles of movement while learning easy combinations that will encourage individual expression and personal style. (B, I, A)
